Why it’s occurring: I am believing another has something I cannot have

Empowered Questions:

What does this person have that would also benefit me?

What would I need to change about my story in order to create what this other person is showing to me is possible to achieve?

Frustration:

Why it’s occurring: I am doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results

Empowered Questions:

What would be another way for me for me to achieve the results I desire that I haven’t considered?

What objections or fears do I have to trying another possibility?

Shame:


Why it’s occurring:
I am using external circumstances or my behaviors to confirm unhealthy beliefs about myself.

Empowering Questions:

What wisdom can I receive from having gone through this experience?

How can I acknowledge the heartfelt intentions within myself that were a part of this situation, even though the outcome was not what I wanted?
