Episode 23: Emotional Generosity—4 Simple Practices to Help Others (& Yourself) Feel Amazing

Generosity is a gift you give to yourself and others. By being generous to another, you share something of value with them because deep within you know you have more than enough to go around. So rather than just think of generosity in financial terms, it’s important to be emotionally generous. When you are emotionally generous toward others, you are embodying being the walking blessing that you naturally are. Not only will others feel great around you, but you will feel more abundant and free.
